fUNITED PBEBS ASSOCIATION.! (Received April 12, 11 a.m.) London, 11th April. Tho proposals submitted by the Government for the increase of the British Navy are being debated iv the House of Commons. Sir U. Kay Shuttle worth, Secretary to the Admiralty, said it was intended to make tho British fleet equal to the combined strength of the fleets of two of the greatest foreign Powers.
