Te Aro House again takes the lead, and we have the utmost pleasure in announcing- that we have opened a new suite of rooms under the obarge of Madame De Verney, the Court dressmaker from Worth's, Paris. Ladies are recommended to place their ordera early at Te Aro House. Black Silks are once more in vogue, and we have again luckily purchased from the makers a fine range. During the past week Madame De Verney has completed several ■ rich silk costumes, beautifully trimmed with velvet, real lace, and jet, at Te Aro House.— Abvt. Where has the money gone ? This certainly is a very pertinent question ; but when people find that they get value for their outlay, there ia no uncertainty as to what brand they will buy nexttime. Razorine ■will sharpen the dullest razor, or money refunded. Directions for using razorine : — Eub the razorino on the strop, pressing hard, until it has a fair coating, and then strop the razor in the usual way, holding the razor perfectly flat. Use the side of the strop that is most worn. If the strop has a canvas or stone side, use either of these to apply the razorine on. Always finish by stropping razor over leather without using razorine. The material is made hard so as to avoid putting on too much at a time, as only the smallest quantity ia necessary. A cake should last two years. It does not harm razor. If tho edge of the razor is blunt, this will have to be repeated several times ; but it it is only dull, once every four or six weeks will be sufficient. Prico, Is per cake.
