Runs came slowly until 194 wore totalled, when Noble was stumped by Vowke off Robertson. 194—9—26. Miller was next, and Searle and extras took the total to 208, when the newcomer was caught and bowled by Robertson without scoring. New Zealand wants 240 to win. New South Wales.—Second Innings. Mills was given out lbw with the total at 10—1—7. Fowke joined Lawton, and a single was added at the luncheon adjournment. Austin bowled Foirke. 16 2—4. Cuff went in, and at 2.30 the score was 28 for two wickets—Lawton 14 (not out), Cuff 7 (not out).
