The bearing of Baron Sobroeder'B motion to compel the Official Receiver in the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company to hand over bills bus been postponed, pending a settlement in regard to the scheme of reconstruction, which is now being dealt with by the Creditors' Committee.
