BANK RETURNS.
UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. I (Received November 30, 11 a.m.) Sydney, This Da.y. It is reported that writs will be issued against the officers of one of the banking companies here, and also against the bank, alleging that returns of the transactions of the institution were inaccurate. It is understood that the objection is technical, as the bank prepared returns on similar linea for 30 years. Heavy amounts are olaimed. . % Sir George Dibbs has investigated the bank's accounts, and declares that they are perfectly accurate. -The action is being taken at the instance of a private individual.
