IsrsciAL.l r-ONDON, 29th November. ; The Marqnis of Donegal, being unable to pay his tailor's account, claimed exemption 1 on the ground that ho was a Peor. 1 The tailor sued for the amount, and Mr. Justice Lumlfiy Smith, who heard the case, committed the Marquis to Holloway Prison ; for 12 days, but suspended the issue of the ■ warrant for two months.
