SIB -The second writing which accompanied my letter of yesterday having been framed in such a manner as to preclude its insertion in the columns of the Evening Post, I have obtained another writing, whicl I now beg" you will insert as a further roplj to the letter of 18th September, which pur ported to have been signed by four fisher men, of whom Paris and Peters were two You will see that they know nothing what ever about the letter, and their doclaratioi to that effect ia so positive that there can bi but one opinion on the signatures obtainec to that letter. Perhapß yonr correspondent: will, if they can, explain the matter throng! your columns in the same manner as tha in which I do now— l mean by your corres pondents, not the persona whose names an attached to the letter, but the agitator o: agitators through whom the signatures an supposed to have been obtained.
