A BOY BURGLAR.
< IBt Teleobaph.") [UNITED PftTCSH ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, 18th September. Sydney Smith, aged 10, was cantured at 4 o'clock this morning at the residence of Mr. P. G. Foster, Farnell. As he came out of a window on to the verandah roof, Constable Hutohinson called on him to snrrender. Ho refnscd, bnt climbed to tho roof of the house, slid down the back piping, and leaped into the street. He was pursued and captured. Ho waß remanded, as he had injured his leg in jumping from the house into the street, and is under medical treatment
