When oneo Hoarne 0 was collared, the rest of tho bowlers became • helpless, tho absonco of Nepean and Stoddart beiug severely felt. In their second innings the County made an excellent start. Douglas and Ford scored freely, and put on 68 for the first wicket, and after them Scott hit well for a time ; but the rest collapsed, and the total reached only 138. Douglas made 23, Ford 38, and ? cott 20. The Australians thus won by 390 runs. [special. I London, 26th July. The Australian crickoters will probably . sail for America on 20th September.
