ALLEGED CRIME IN CONVENTS.
ENQUIRY BY A MIXED COMMISSION. | UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION., 1 London, 25th July. A young woman named Golding allege b that poisoning and immorality aro practised in ten convents. A Commission, composed partly of Protestants and partly of Roman Catliolios, is enquiring into tho charges. Among tho Commissioners are Cardinal Vaughan, tho Duko 6f Norfolk, and Dr. Guinness.
