THE NEW PEERAGES.
♦ I O NITS D PBESS ASSOCIATION, j London, 25th July. ["This is evidently another political canard, as it is self-evident that Her Majosty would bo unlikely to cast reflections upon an act which sho herself had done upon her Primo Ministor's recommendation. To render tho message at all intelligible it should be stated that the Marquis of Queensberry is only a Scotch Peer, and his son's elevation i 9. of course, to tho superior rank of Peer of the United Kingdom.]
