He assured thn meotinp that tho creditors had reasonable expectation of receiving both interest and principal if the reconstruction schemo woro sanctioned. Othorwise, tlio outlook was very poor, as the Government would claim priority in tho event of liquidation. If tho Bark wpro to ro into liquidation at present it would result in an alarming shrinkas'O of the assots. Tho dopositora and shareholders unanimously adopted tho reconstruction schomo.
