I UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION. I Beblin, BUI Jnly. The Chancellor, Count yon Caprivi, has re-introdUced the Army Bill in the Keichstag, with certain amendments. The measure now submitted reduces tho original demand regarding men and money by ono-sixth, and providos for only two years' service. It is expected that tho Czarewitch will visit Berlin on his way home from England.
