Bth Jnly, Tho House of Commons has pnssod a voto of consnro on Mr. Conybearo, member for Camborno, for accusing the Speaker of gross partiality. Tho Speaker deolared he would not continuo to occupy the chair if such an imputation were allowed. A motion that Mr Conybeare should be suspended was withdrawn at the suggestion of tho Speaker, after Mr. Conybeare had apologised. The latter did so rather tardily.
