Amhorst and Mr. Bisson to bo Barons ; Mr. Edward Lawson to be a Baronet; Mr. Ashmoad Bartlett and Mr. Blundell Maple to bo Knights. Parliament has been prorogued to tho 4th November. Tho outgoing Govornmont attended at Osborne yesterday, and yielded up the seals of office, which woro transferred an hour afterwards to Mr. Gladstone and his colleagues.
