The Mayors of Auckland, Dunedm, Christchurch, and Nelson were elected VicePresidents, and the following Committee was appointed to manage the uffairs of the Association until next meeting : — The Mayors of Ashburton, Napier, Petone, and Hutt, Messrs. L. L. Harris, H. S. Fish, M.H.K., and J. Mills, M.H.B. The Mayor of Wellington is permanent President. The meeting then terminated.
