"VTOTICE is hereby given that after the JJI expiration, of thirty days from the date htiroof application is intended to be mado to His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand in Council for an Order, under the provisions of "The Tramways Act, 1872," empowering ns, the nndersigned Robert Mackay Greenfield and The Honorable Morgan Stanislaus Grace (hereinafter called " the Proprietors ") to construct, make, maintain, and use a Turn Out towards Newtown from the existing sheds of the Proprietorß.situato in Adelaide-road, in the City of Wellington, to the Tramway authorised by and constructed under the provisions of tho Order of the Superintendent of tho Province of Wellington, made on tho 29tb day of June, 1876, and an Order of His Excollency tho Governor of New Zealand in Counoil, made on tho 21st June, 1888. And also to oonstruot, make, maintain, and line an Extension of the Bald Tramway from its prosent terminus in Riddiford-street, in tho said City, near the Newtown Hotel, along Riddiford-street aforesaid to the projection of the southern side line of Horner-streot, and on Extension of such Tramway from its present terminus in Thorndon-quay, in the said City, near the old Pipitea Railway Station, along Thorndon • gnay aforesaid to the northern side line of the extension of Davis-street, all whlchproposed works when made Will be situate in the City of Wellington. And that a copy of this advertisement and proper plans and sections of tho proposed works will be deposited on the 22nd day of October, 1891, at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in the City of Wellington ; the office of the Wellington City Council, Brandon-street, in tho said City; and the office of tho Public Works Department of the General Government, situate Government Buildings.
