Austin, Bae'l Adam Jonos, undertaker, for having 1 intorrod a body in tbo now oomotory. 'Ibis liud is within the borough, and a Bill was p Lifted by tho Houso of Kepresontativen pi-jv;dinjj that any land situated within a Imrouiih und not then used as a cemetery must not bo dovoted to that purpoHe. At tbat time, however, tho ground w a» being prepared for uso as a burial place, and it was at length opened, and nine or ten interments took placo. Tbaro was Borne strong ooling against tbo sohomo, and this had ita outoomo in tho present action. Tho ease was distnieHod.
