I SPECIAL. I (Received April 1, 1 40 p.m.) London, 3lst Maroh. Mr. J. B. Patterson, of Melbourne, was entertained at a banquet at Alnwick. In responding to the toast of his health, he said that the oolonioß were the homo of the English people, not of Asiatics and General Booth's pets.
