i SPECIAL. I (Received Maroli C. 10.40 a.m.) BUSNO3 Atres, sth Maroh. The Argentine Government ia repealing the tax on Bank deposits, and, in return, demands from the Bankß a loan of 20,000,000 dollars. The Banks refused, and a forced issue is feared. The money market in this oity is excited, and it is feared the funds of the Provincial Bank will be absorbed.
