Ministers refused to give tho men an audience, and they interviewed Bishop Goe and Arohbishop Carr. An open-air meeting was afterwards held in Collins-street. The polioe and mounted troopors patrolled tho stroots, but the proceedings were orderly. It is stated there aro 10,000 mou out of work at tbo prcsont moment.
