It is roported that Lord Wolseley has been appointed Commander of Ireland. The Princo of Waleß and his second son, Prince George, will visit Berlin on Friday. They will bo accordod a military roception. Mr. John Morley, spoakinj? at Stepney, denied that any compact had been made with the Irish. Such a conrse was contrary to Liberal traditions and eduoation.
