INTERVIEW WITH BISMARCK. | UNITED PRESB ASSOCIATION.] Berlin, 19th October. During tho Czar'B roconfc visit boro Prince Bismarck informod him that ho considered an agreement between Great Britain and Bussia in regard to possessions in Asia was possible and desirable. Ho also expressed himself convinoed that tho Czar would novor begin war against Germany. In replying, the Czar denied that Russia had doubled her strategic lines on tho western frontier.
