PROSECUTIONS DETERMINED ON. BOULANGER'S ANTICIPATIONS. [ UNITED PEIB9 ASSOCIATION. I Paris, Bth April. It has been decided to prosecute Comte Delloi, Henri Rochefort, and other adherents of General Boulanger. It iB reported that M. Tirard, the Premier, has demanded the expulsion of General Boulanger fron/ Belgium. BittJSSELS, Bth April. General Bonlanger, in tho courso of an interview, stated that he anticipated that at the next elections 70 departments would return his nominees to the Chamber of Deputies. The Genoral also expressed an opinion that the Senate would find him guilty of tho charges now being heard against him and Bontenee him to penal servitude for life in New Caledonia.
