London, 28th Maroh. A oopper bank is being formed with a capital of 1,000,000 for the purpose of gradually purchasing the syndicate's stock at £45 per ton. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] PARIS, 27th March. Shares in the Comptoir d'Esoompte de Paris have fallen to 85 franos.
