? RIDLEY v. HON. G. FISHER. |By Telegraph.] |united presb association.! Dunedin. This Day. In the Supremo Court, William Ridley, warehouseman, sues tho Hon. George Fisher for .£2OO for breach of contract. In August last, Mr. Fisher, through tho agency of Messrs. Irvine & Haydon, offered to sell 200 shares of the New Zealand Shipping Company at five shillings. The offer was accepted, and though completion of the transaction was postponed at Mr. Fisher's request he now declined to complete.
