Accidents and Fatalities.
fBT Telegraph. I [united press association. I Auckland, 30th October. At the inquest upon the remains of the obild found at Judge's Bay, an open verdiot was returned. At the inquest upon the young man Driver, the jury recommended that the spring-board at the Saltwater Baths be made movable, so that its position could be changed to Bait the lovel of the tide at low as well as at high water. The accident to Driver was tha seoond which has resulted at these baths from diving into low water. Wangakdi, 80th October. At the inquest to-day on the body of tho man Grogan, who met his death yesterday by falling into the Wanganni River, a verdiot of Accidentally Drowned was returned.
