More Palmersion Boys in Trouble,
4 |Bt Tklxobaph.l (Our Own Correspondent.) Palmebston Nobth, Thiß Dat. Two lads named Samuel Allingham and Edward Adams were arrested on Saturday oharged with the larceny of a diamond ring. It appears the ring must have been taken out of the same hole in the window of the shop, next door to the Manawatu Standard offioe, through whioh the lad M'Minn stole the ring for whioh he was punished at the Supreme Court session last week. The ring in connection with whioh the present oharge is laid was stolen some time ago, when Mr. Hngli, jeweller, oconpied the premises. The lads Allingham and Adams were brought up at the Police Court to-day, on separate charges of stealing diamond rings, valued at £5 and JJIO respectively, about the 24th April. They were remanded till to-morrow.
