Tho match betweon Mr. Vernbn's team and an eleven of Adelaide was reanmod to-day. During tho night the wiokot had boon watered by some unknown person, presumably with the object of favouring tho local team. The Adclaido players continued their first innings, which closed for 147, being 234 runs behind. The home team followed on, and when time was called had one wioket down for 249 runs.
