Sir Vincent Barrington, the accredited representative of the British Royal Commission for the Melbourne Centennial Exhibition, has arrived at Marseilles, on his way S Barcelona, where he will endeavour to induce the Spanish authorities to participate in tbe Exhibition. He expresses satisfaction with the progress he has made toward that end in Italy, and states that the Italian frigate Pragate will probably convey the exhibits from that country to Melbourne.
