A CONTRADICTION.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir— l beg, through the oolurans of your valuable paper, to oontradiot the statement made by Constable Harriett at the last meeting of the Mungaroa Licensing Committee, that between the Upper Hutt and Featherston, a distance of 24 miles, there is no accommodation for man or beast. The houso known as Cooper's Accommodation-house is still the aamo. There are always there bedrooms with good beds ready fnrtravellers, and stabling 1 for 20 horses if needed, and plenty of paddocks for sheop and cattle. Tho house is nine or ten miles from Upper Hutt, and no traveller, with or without ahorse, has boon rofusod accommodation. lam, &c, Ct. Cooper. Pakuratahi, 9th Septembor.
Feels Young Again. — " My mother was afflicted a long time with neuralgia and a dull, heavy, inactive condition of the whole systom, headaohe, nervous prostration, and was almost helpless.
