The Coming Elections.
Mr. F. H. Fraser publishes an address to tho Te Aro electors, asking re-election, and promising to address them before tho nomination day. Mr. H. S. Fitzhorbert is to open the electoral campaign in Wellington by addressing the Hutt electors at tho Oddfellows' Hall, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday evening next, at 8 o'clock. Ho will follow this up by addresses in other parts oZ the electorate.
