Flour, best brands, is worth £9 to £0 10s, with nn upward tendency; inferior brands, are still plentiful at £8 7s lid and upwards ; pollard is still scarce, and is worth £6 10s to £6; Iran, plenty offering at £4 10s to £6; oatmeal is alow of sale nt £13 10s ; oats, plentiful supplies offering from 2s 3d upward ; maize, plentiful, but prices asked by holders will not allow any margin to sell in this market; chick wheat, there is still very little offering, and not only this but milling wheat Appears likely to be scarce this season. Potatoes, thero are any quantity still offering, but very few of prime quality, which may be quoted at £3 5a ¦acka in. Salt butter is worth Bjd to lOd ; fresh do 9d to lOd ; hams and bacon, mixed, prime cure, 8d to»d; cheese, 6jd tofld; fowls, 3« to 3s 6d; ducks 8s 6d to U ; geese, 5s to 6s per pair ; turkeys, 3s 6d to 4s each. The hone tale on Saturday was moderately satisfactory; there was sufficient bidding for drafts to show that a demand exists, although but in a few cases only the price offered reached the owner's value
