SIR DRUMMOND WOLFF'S MISSION.
THE GUARDS ORDERED HOME. THE SOUDAN EEBELS. [rktjtke's teleobahs.J (Received August 22, 1.15 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, 20th August. Sir Honry Drummond Wolff arrived here to-day on a special mission to tho Sultan respecting Egyptian affairs. London, 20th August. The regiment of Guards, which for some time past has been stationed at Limasol (Cyprus), has been ordered Home. Caibo, 20th August. Three regiments of the line, now on duty in this country, have received instructions to return to England. Reports are to hand announcing that tho rebels have occupied El Debboh, near Old Dongola, and are now advancing upon New Dongola.
