The Board of Inquiry appointed to investigate the circumstances attending the ■wreck of the A.S.N. Company's s.a. Cahors has decided to cite the captain and mate of the vessel to show cause why their certificates should not be oancellod or suspended. The condemned man Frank Johns has been ordered to execution, his Excellency declining to grant a commutation of the sentence.
