And Addresses of Welcome will be delivered by F. H. Fraser, EBq. ; Edward Wakefield, Esq., M.H.E. ; and Eev. W. C. Oliver. The Webb-street Band will perform on the balcony at the Theatro from 7.30 o'clock to 8 o'olook. The Choir will oonsist of over one hundred voioos, under tho leadership of Bey. P. N. Hunter and Mr. C.
