NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. FENDERS FOR ~SOLE RIGHT OF ADVERTISING ON RAILWAYS. General Manager's Office, Railway Department, Wellington,- 10th October, 1884. FTTENDERS will be received at this office JL up to Noon of MONDAY, 17th November, 1884, from persons desirous of obtaining the sole right of advertising at the various stations on the following sections of the New Zealand Railways, with their extensions : — Kawakawa Whangarei Auckland Napier Wellington Picton Nelson Greymouth Westport Hurunui-Bluff They must be addressed to the Hon. Minister for Publio Works, and marked outside " Tenders for Advertising on Railways," and must also be accompanied by a cheque on some bank, to be specially marked by a banker as good for twentyone days, and to be in favour of the Receiver- General's Deposit Account only, and not to bearer or order. Specifications can be seen at the Railway Stations at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Picton, Nelson, Greymonth, Westport, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill, and at the General Manager's Office, Wellington.
