Glover closed a highly successful series of temperance addresses here to-night, the building in which the meetings were held being crammed on every occasion. Paice, who was found burned to death yesterday, the jury returned a verdict that i deceased died from the effects of being burnt ! in a furze hedge, but how the fire occurred there is no evidence to show. WOODVILLE, THISDAT. Mrs. Hall, the wife of a tradesman here, found her child, of three months old, dead in bed this morning, having overlaid it during the night. She now states that it was ill, and she gave it a dose of medicine to make it quiet, when it died. She also states that she wu deceived by a married man.
