The trial of the suspects -who were arrested on charges of complicity in the murder of Mrs. Henry J. Smythe and the attack upon Mr. Barlow Smythe and Lady Henrietta Monck, near Killucan, "Westmeath, on 2nd April, 1882, was concluded to-day, when five men were sentenced to ten years' penal servitude.
