A Japanese Man-of-war at Auckland.

[Bt Tilkgbaph.J | united frkss association. ] Auckland, 23rd March. The Tsuouba, Captain Arigi, a Japanese man-of-war, arrived yesterday. As she rounded the North' Head, she fired 21 guns. She remains here a month, and henoe prooeeds to Chili, and thence to Honolulu. As she came in H.M.S. Espi£gle was proceeding down the harbour, and she sent one of her boats in charge of the first lieutenant to the Tsucuba, to pay Captain Bridge's compliments to Captain Arigi. The chairman of the Harbour Board paid an official visit to-day, and the A Battery of the New Zealand Artillery fires a return salute tomorrow. The Tsucuba has on board 25 naval cadets, and a crew of 273, including officers and men.
