All parcels of wool committed to tho Company's oare for local salo are, on receipt, oarefnlly EXAMINED AND VALUED BY COMPETENT PERSONS, and a report thoreon transmitted to owners. FARMERS' LOTS, no mattor how small, also receive tho samo offioient attention. No lota aro sold at below tho reserves fixed by consignors, and in those oasos where spooifio instructions aro not furnished, the Company's valuation is adopted as a reserve. Tho Company further acts AS SELLING BROKE It ONLY, an additional guarantee that olionts' intorosts will bo protected. Should Batisfaotory prices not bo realised, the Company offers tho alternative course of shipment ; tho only chargo made on wools thus withdrawn from sale being tho nominal one of a shilling per bale, which covers all warehouse expenses, inoluding insurance. Account sales, with not procoeds, aro remitted promptly within sev«n days of date of auction.
