The following 1 will represent tho Midland Club in the match against the Masterton Club, to be played at Masterton on Friday : —Messrs. Bannister, Blaoklock, 8., Burneg, A., Duncan, Holle, Kreeffc, Luxford, M'Girr, Paul, Ronner, J. , Willis. Emergency, Keeling. Scorer, Allan. The team will leave Wellington by the 6.25 p.m. train to-morrow evening, returning on Friday evening at 6.15 p.m. The team are requested to meet at the railway station not later than 6 15 p.m. to-morrow. The following will represent the Poneke Club in the match to be played with the second eleven of the Wellington Club on Friday : — Messrs. Beck, Clark, Francis, Gamble, Hutchison, Kirker, Nicholls, Ogilvie, Pope, Bigg, and Wiren. Wellington second eleven :— Messrs. 14. Leckie. Brown, Cox, Warharn, Izard, Fawcett, Tarieton, Curnow, Barnett, and Hadfield. Play will commence at half-past 10 sharp. A match will bo played at Karori on Friday between teams representing the Surrey and Karori Clnbs. The town eleven will comprise the following: — Messrs. Dryden, Chapman, J. Moran, Stinaoo, W. Moran,
Emsny, Carapboll, Mouatt, Kodgeri, Crowther, and Sargont. The Ashley Club will play a sorateh matoh at Lowry Bay on Friday noxt, commencing at 10 o'clook .
