A cricket match was played on Saturday at Newtown between the Nonpareil C.C. and tho second elevon of the Poneke C.C, resulting in an easy victory for tho former by an innings and 29 runs. The highest scorea were Mountier 18, not out, for the Nonpareil, and Bull 11, for the Poneke.
