SALE of about 106,000 acres of Crown Lands in the North Island, divided into Town, Village Settlement, Agricultural Deferred Payments, Pastoral Deferred Payments, and Cabh Payment Sections, as under: — On the 4th December, 1882, 2,110 acres of Agricultural Land in the Waimata and other blocks on the East Coast will be open for application, on deferred payments, at Auckland and Gisborne, at prices from £1 to £1 10s per acre. And on the 7th December, 5,589 acres will bo disposed of at Gisborne, by public auction, on pastoral deferred payments, at an upset price of £1 per acre. At the same time and place, 58,000 acres of Rural Land ¦will be offered for cash, at upset prices ranging from 5a to £1 10s per acre. On the 12th December, 3434 acres of superior Agricultural Land in the Parihaka Block, divided into Rural Allotments, on deferred payments, and Village Settlement Allotments, at prices ranging' from £1 10s to £25 per acre, will be open for application at New Plymouth, Patea, and Hawera. And on the 15th December, 3450 acres will be offered for cash at New Plymouth, at prices ranging from £1 to £4 per acre. On the 18 tli December, 2918 acres of Agricultural Land situate in the Wairoa and Mbmahaki Districts -will bo open for application, on deferred payments, at Patea and Hawera, at prices ranging from £1 to £4 10s per acre. And on tho 20th December, there will be offered by public auction, at Patea, ten sections of Forfeited Deferred-Payment Land, also the unsold portion of tho Township of Richardson, and 19,235 acres of Rural Bush Land, for cash, at upset prices ranging from £1 to £G per acre. On the 21st December, 4537 acres of Agricultural Deferred - Payment Land, being portion of the Wanganui Harbour Board Endowment, near Feilding, and the Tokomaru Block, near Wanganui, •will be open for application, at Wanganui and Wellington, at prices ranging from £1 10s per acre upwards. And on the 22nd December, there will be offered at public auction, at Wanganui, GBIB acres in the above-named blocks, for cash, at upset prices ranging from £1 5s per aero upwards. Simple in Application. — It mixes at once with cold water, and becomes instantly white like milk. It will be well to beware of spurious imitations which resemble Jeyes' in this ono particular, and lead the credulous to imagine that it is a similar preparation. 4. Cheapness. — Being sold in a concentrated form ono gallon will make from 80 to 100 gallons when diluted for a sheep dip, and is found to bo practically cheaper than any other. 5. Its Efficacy. — It is certain destruuetion to ticks, fly, maggot, ljpe, and all insects and parasites that infest sheep and other animals ; and also cures foot-rot, scab, &c Nothing has been found to equal it in this respect.
