SIGNING OF THE CONVENTION. RECONNAISSANCE NEAK KASSASSIN. [seutee's teleoeimb.] Constantinople, sth September. The Anglo-Turkish military convention was signed to-day, and arrangements have been made for landing a force of Turkish troops at Fort Said. AiBZiHSBii, sth September. The British troops paraded in force today before the enemy's camp near Kassassin. A reconnaissance of their position was effected, and brisk firing ooourred between our outposts and those of the enemy.
