' BUILDING REGULATIONS. ! fipHE following By-law, passed at a speaia J JL moating of the City Counoil held on the 6th February, 1882, will be confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the Counoil to be held on Thuraday, the 16th Maroh, at 7.30 p m. : - By-Law to amend By-law of 25th November, 1880: Whereas by By-law of the i 25th November, 1880, it ia provided that 'An oaeea of buildings within No. 1 Building Distriot already roofed with combustible materials the said combustible materials mußt be replaoed with others whioh are non- " combustible not later than the 31st December, 1881, and whereas the Borough Counoil • of the City of Wellington are desirous of ■ altering the said By-law in order to extend the: pariod aforesaid : it is hereby ordained by the said Counoil by virtue of the power rested in them in this behalf : — " That the Building Regulations By-law of 25th Novemhor, 1880, be altered by substituting the year 1882 for 1881 in the Baid By-law."
