"THE JUVENILE PIRATES." TO THE EDITOR.

Sir — An impression seems to have got abroad that the benefit, to be given to the children composing the company of Juvenile Pirates on St. Patrick's Day, is given by Mr. R. W. Cary, and many objections have been made to patronising it for that reason. I beg you will be kind enough to publish this, my contradiction. Mr. Cary has nothing to do with the financial products of thia enter--tainment, having flatly refused to do so. The only part Mr. Cary takes 13 that of lending the dresses and superintending the stage arrangements. I trust this denial will satisfy the scruples of those objector*, and tend to render the performance a success for the Bole benefit of the children who have Buffered such pecuniary los 3 from Mr. Gary's unsuccessful tour. The whole affair ia under the auspices of a committee of management composed of the parents of the children. I am, &c, A Membxr of Coxhittes.
