Wind— Between north-west and south-west in both Islands. Barometer— Further rise at all stations. Bea— Heavy on western ooast. Warnings for southerly gales have been sent to all stations. SYNOPSIS OV LAST 21 BOURS. Ia all parts of the colony tho barometer cou" turned falling until a late hour, with strong northerly winds or gales from that direction ; but during the night it has risen everywhere, and the -wind has generally changed to the southward.
