OPENING of the MECHANICS' RESTAURANT, Chop, Luncheon, and Dining Rooms, the only place in the city where you can get a grilled chop or steak, with tea or coffee, for sixpence. At the late Melbourne Exhibition the charges were limited to sixpence and not to exceed one shilling for a first-class meal.
