SYNOPSIS OF LAST 31 HOUBB. - Rain has fallen from Auckland north wards.but the weather was generally fine with moderate easterly irind^. The barometer continued fallIng everywhere until about midnight; ainca then it has risen slowly at all places northward of Lyttelton, but it has fallen iv the South, H. A. EDWIN. 19th Ootober.
